Returns and refunds

We want you to feel confident ordering from Welluvi. You may request a return within 30 days after delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Intimate and personal-care products

For health, hygiene and safety reasons, intimate products, personal-care products and other hygiene-sensitive goods are eligible for return only when they are unused, unopened, in their original sealed packaging and in resalable condition. Once a hygiene seal or product packaging has been opened, the item cannot be returned because of a change of mind.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly at support@welluvi.com with your order number and clear photographs. We will review the issue and, when approved, arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy.

Return process

Contact support@welluvi.com before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Approved items must include their original packaging, accessories and documentation. Customers are responsible for return shipping on change-of-mind returns unless we confirm otherwise. Original delivery charges are not refundable except where required by law or where the return results from our error.

Non-returnable items

Opened or used hygiene-sensitive products, gift cards, final-sale items and products damaged after delivery are not eligible for return, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee changes after processing or dispatch has begun.

This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights available under applicable law.
